Love this angle on community, Annie.

It's so true that the loudest/most frequent voices shape our daily posture whether we realize it or not.

I've definitely noticed that when I'm around people who carry a quiet, steady peace, it makes me want to drop my own frantic striving and just be present. 🤍

I do believe this is so true!! the Fall of 2025 I realized I was doing a lot of hanging out to hang out - responding to the group text with the mass invite to the big thing. I realized I wasn’t having time for the individuals I actually deeply cared about and people I wanted to be like. It was like being caught in the wave of busy instead of surfing an intentional wave that would take me somewhere (weird analogy, that’s literally just what popped in my head😆). I made a list of who I wanted to be like and stopped doing the group things and started spending time with individuals. It’s made a huge difference. And challenged by this post wondering if I’m helping people be more like Jesus!!

I’ll echo what was said before me: God’s timing is incredible. At a time when I’ve been dealing with more anxiety and have felt a nudge to grow deeper with community, this theme and today’s episode are speaking to my soul. I have always had an independent spirit, and even though I’m an extrovert, going deep with people is hard for me. I loved on the episode today how they talked about going deeper instead of wider with relationships. It’s left me with a lot to think and pray about ❤️

So glad this theme is hitting when you need it!

This is such great timing. I told someone at church today that I am guilty of watching my worship service online because I struggle with community.

Looking forward to this topic!

I love it when God works in themes. Our lesson at church today was the importance of church as a community. Excited about the next few weeks!
